The system can be designed with any number of aseptic addition ports for Media, Inoculum, Antifoam, Acid, Alkali, Nutrient Feed, and Inducer, depending on the process requirements.
Each aseptic addition port can be designed for sterilisation in place with a four-valve assembly or a six-valve assembly.
2-way diaphragm valves, tandem valves, block valves, and disposable colder valves can be used in any design.
For additive transfer, the system can be equipped with integrated variable or fixed speed peristaltic pumps.
In the case of a Bioreactor, media sterilisation can be provided with a 0.2-micron liquid filter for cell culture applications, and it is designed to meet qualification and validation requirements with the provision of independent SIP / CIP.
