Sterilization (ESIP/FSIP) & Temperature Control

Sterilization of empty vessels Clean steam is introduced directly into the vessel via spray balls, and the entire system is sterilised by removing steam from all auxiliary lines/valves and sterile boundaries.
At the coldest point in the system drain, there is a temperature sensor and a steam trap.
Sterilization of the entire vessel/FSIP with indirect heating using plant steam in the jacket.
With an open loop or closed-loop pressurised water system and circulation pumps, a variety of options are available.
For temperature control, a plate heat exchanger for cooling and a PIP stainless steel heat exchanger for heating are used.
Jacket drain facility with air inlet or a jacket drain, temperature sensor, safety relief valve, pressure gauge
